Jatiya Nagorik Party' (National Citizens' Party)

The awakening of the youth can be the driving force in building the Bangladesh of tomorrow. Throughout history, our country has faced numerous challenges—political instability, corruption, inequality, and mismanagement—yet we have never lost hope. However, the reality is that people's trust in the democratic system has gradually weakened. But today, with the emergence of a new political party, the enthusiastic presence of young people has given me the courage to dream anew about the future of Bangladesh. These young individuals will one day lead, stand against injustice, and pave the way for a just society.

History bears witness that true change has only occurred when the youth have risen for their future. From the Language Movement to the Liberation War, the sacrifices and leadership of young people have been undeniable. But after independence, have we truly achieved the Bangladesh we dreamed of? Political divisions, the abuse of power, corruption, and social disparity have engulfed our society. When many have become disheartened with the hope of change, the emergence of this new force shines like a beacon of light.

However, change cannot come merely through words of hope. If this new generation of leaders genuinely prioritizes the people's welfare, they must prove it through their actions. The biggest challenge will be to ensure that they do not lose their way in the greed for power, as many before them have. If their ideals, commitments, and visions are genuinely dedicated to the betterment of society, then perhaps one day, we will witness a Bangladesh where justice, equality, and the true essence of democracy flourish. A nation where leadership is determined by honesty and competence, where wealth and political identity are not the primary criteria, but rather patriotism and public service become the ultimate badges of honor.

Will this new force truly become the harbinger of change, or will they, too, become part of the old system? That remains to be seen. But for now, the presence of these young people has brought the message of a new dawn. Perhaps one day, they will gift us the Bangladesh envisioned by our forefathers, the nation for which countless lives were sacrificed.
